Thinking about joining surf lifesaving this season?

Come along to our Sign On Day at Port Douglas Surf Life Saving Club on Sunday 19 April from 10am to 12pm and find out what we’re all about.

Whether you’re keen to enrol your child in Nippers, become a volunteer lifesaver, or simply want to get more involved in our beach community, this is the perfect chance to meet our friendly members, ask questions and get signed up.

Nippers is open to children aged 5–14 and is a fantastic way to build water confidence, beach safety skills and lifelong friendships.

For youth and adults, gaining your Surf Rescue Certificate or Bronze Medallion is an incredibly rewarding way to give back, stay fit and be part of something meaningful.
